The living space is an open-concept.
The kitchen has lots of cupboard space. A microwave, dishwasher, stove, and fridge.
The master bedroom, with En-Suite, walk in closet, is carpeted and has a large bay window with a view of treed green space, as well as a door to the sunny private deck.
The second room also has a bay window on one wall and large windows on another, shaded by a willow tree.
The smaller room is bright and cozy, this room could also be used as a home office or a quiet place to do yoga or meditate. Basic Cable and Wifi included. Hydro is included up to $500, anything over that will be divided between the two suits.
There is one parking spot in the driveway and a spot in front of the house for street parking.
