This lovely, bright, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom top floor suite is located in the Properties near Maple Bay. It is available anytime after June 15th.
If you like hiking or mountain biking trails, this is the neighbourhood for you.
The living space is an open-concept, with laminate flooring in the living and dinning area, tile in the kitchen and bath.
The kitchen has lots of cupboard space. A microwave, dishwasher, stove, and fridge.
The master bedroom, with En-Suite, walk in closet, is carpeted and has a large bay window with a view of treed green space, as well as a door to the sunny private deck.
The second room also has a bay window on one wall and large windows on another, shaded by a willow tree.
The smaller room is bright and cozy, this room could also be used as a home office or a place to do yoga and meditate.
There is a one spot in the driveway and a spot in front of the house for parking.
