Very clean and well cared for 2005 fifth wheel trailer. Two slides. One regular slide in the Master Bedroom and one Super Slide that is the entire length of the main living space. This unit was purchased new in Manitoba and brought to Island immediately. It has moved very little and has been very well looked after by my in laws. The master bedroom is very spacious with a pullout allowing for a walk around East/West Queen Bed. The main living space has a pullout couch and a one year old leather power recliner love seat. The kitchen and all cabinets are solid oak (very expensive option new). All of the appliances are in good working order including **washer/dryer** in the master suite, a three burner stove and oven, gas/electric fridge, air conditioning, propane forced air furnace, gas/electric hot water tank, both propane tanks recent recert, two brand new batteries, tires are all in excellent condition, solid membrane roof is excellent condition, large storage underneath and sturdy jacks. This unit would be excellent for a couple wanting to travel or looking for a very comfortable unit to park and live in full time.
